Hi, I’m Candace,
I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and single mom of three. My love for nutrition began when I was young and has deepened over the years as I searched for realistic, lasting ways to feel my best — natural approaches that support our bodies, nourish, heal, and fuel us from the inside out.
For nearly two decades, I worked at Starbucks, where I discovered that people were my passion. I loved creating connections, learning people’s stories, and making them feel seen. That love for people, combined with my fascination for how food shapes health, led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association, where I trained to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
Today, I help women restore balance in their gut and hormone health — two systems that work hand in hand. I’ve seen how issues like bloating, constipation, fatigue, painful or irregular periods, and mood swings can ripple through every part of life. Supporting women in finding relief and renewed energy through nutrition feels deeply meaningful to me.
My approach is simple and realistic. I focus on the foundations: nutrient-dense foods, blood sugar regulation, digestion, stress, and sleep. I take a plant-forward approach, emphasizing the healing power of whole, fiber-rich foods that too often get overlooked in today’s animal-centric nutrition trends. My goal is to help you feel energized, balanced, and confident in your body — not deprived or overwhelmed.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me cooking from scratch in my kitchen, experimenting with new recipes, or staying active — lifting weights, running, practicing yoga, or hiking trails and soaking up the sunshine with my kids. I believe food is more than fuel; it’s medicine, connection, and joy.
